Salary: $100K-$125K + Bonus
Job Description:
Large online marketing firm is seeking a User Experience Specialist to work in a highly dynamic team environment to help improve their flagship web software product. Duties will include:
- Translate customer requirements into business requirements documents
- Translate market and product requirements into conceptual models, wireframes, paper prototypes, screen mockups and other specifications
- Create and maintain UI prototypes and UI specifications
- Create and maintain the internal standards, templates and processes to ensure a consistent, unified, high-quality UX across all products
- Plan and manage customer and usability testing
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required/Advanced Degree in Human Factors, Usability or related field strongly preferred
- 4+ years of UI Design and Usability evaluation experience
- Demonstrated skill in conducting all feedback methodologies (e.g., usability testing, focus groups, survey design)
- Expertise in Usability Test Methods and Tools
- Demonstrated track record of designing high quality UI for enterprise software applications.
- Solid experience with Web 2.0 related presentation technologies
- Strong project and people management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of Agile programming environment a plus
- Graphic design skills a plus
