Senior Usability Consultant

We can't seem to stop winning new business here at Webcredible so we're recruiting yet again! This time, we're looking for a senior usability consultant on a permanent basis to join our growing team in London, UK.


You'll have an absolute minimum of three to four years experience in a usability role, and ideally a Master degree in HCI. Most importantly though, you'll have exceptional communication skills and will be exceptionally passionate about usability.

You'll also have extensive experience in all aspects of usability and Information Architecture: usability testing, expert reviews, UCD, focus groups etc.


The job role entails:

  • Coordinating and working closely with our head of usability to run the department
  • Mentoring one other usability consultant (potentially more in the future)
  • Liaising with clients and presenting your work to them
  • Preparing, conducting and reporting on usability testing
  • Requirements gathering, focus groups and research
  • Creating wireframes for websites
  • Carrying out and writing up expert usability evaluations
