Five years or more experience in human factors and usability.
Managing usability project teams.
User analysis, interface design, and usability testing.
Usability, user experience and user centered design for software applications, internet, intranet, and maybe even some device design.
Graduate degree in psychology is required (human factors, cognitive, engineering or experimental) or a field related to human-computer interaction.
Teaching usability and user centered design in a corporate setting is a plus.
Experience doing user centered design work as an external consultant is a plus.
Experience analyzing and interpreting web analytic data and combining with usability data is a plus.
Experience in evaluating interfaces for accessibility issues is a plus.
