Job Description:
The SAP User Experience Group is looking for a Senior or Principle User Researcher.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, design and conduct research studies to identify the ways in which users will interact with the application being developed
- Employ a range of research methods appropriate for different stages in the product development lifecycle
- Contribute to defining user profiles, analyze user tasks and workflows, identify pain points and usability issues
- Work closely with interaction designers, solution managers and developers to conduct and analyze field research, assess the usability of prototypes and influence the future direction of existing products
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Human Factors, Psychology, Anthropology, or related social science
- Minimum 5yrs to 8 yrs user research experience
- Deep understanding of UCD methodology and qualitative and quantitative research methods
- Strong communication, negotiation and leadership skills
- Proven effectiveness working with cross-functional teams and interacting with customers and users
