HFES Computer Systems Technical Group (CSTG)

The Computer Systems Technical Group (CSTG) of the Human Factors and Ergonomics Society (HFES) "is concerned with understanding the psychological, physiological, and sociological bases for improving human-system performance through the utilization of computer-based technologies."

CSTG publishes the newsletter CSTG Bulletin and sponsors technical sessions and symposia at the HFES Annual Meeting.

The group had 755 members as of December 31, 1996.

Membership is coordinated through HFES. It is not necessary to be a member of HFES in order to join CSTG. Online registration is available at the CSTG website.
